The claim is factually incorrect, contradicted by primary sources, or misrepresents verifiable information. Not a matter of opinion—demonstrably untrue.
Insufficient evidence exists to confirm or refute the claim. Either primary sources are unavailable, contradictory, or the claim involves predictions or subjective interpretations that cannot be factually evaluated.
